Production Coordination and Follow-Up
The production and delivery schedule after order placement is monitored through defined checkpoints.
The period after order placement demands the most follow-up. Sample approval, production start, revision requests and lead-time confirmation each need to be tracked separately.
A follow-up calendar is created at the outset. Status confirmation is obtained at every checkpoint, and any deviation is reported together with its reason.
Every decision point is presented for your approval with the available options. Anything still pending is stated openly in the report.
